Maybe someone can help me understand this on the forums. My problem is i need a new reliable battery for my Razer Edge Pro 2013 Tablet. Every time i contact razer they want me to send it in as a RMA for diagnostic and labor fee's under non-warranty. Plus pay for shipping costs to and from their facility. They claim to still have a supply of batteries for this tablet. My question is if they still have batteries for these tablets, why cant they just take the money and send me a new battery for my device? I know for a fact that is the issue with my tablet cause every time i unplug it, the tablet instantly shuts off and refuses to power back on. And please don't respond with, "Well if that wasn't the issue you would want your money back". The answer is no i wouldn't, because I've been wanting a new battery for it for the past year and half now before this problem arouse. Thanks in advance to anyone that reads and decides to respond. Let me know if you have one of these tablets too and experienced the same frustration as myself. Or have a similar simple issue like this with the Razer Blade, since it's also kinda like the big daddy now of Razer systems.
