Razer Electra V2 3.5jack not usb not showing on Synapse

Hello, i just bought a razer electra v2, the non-usb version, and get synapse to recognise it to use the 7.1 surround features. I had razer synapse 3 installed and uninstalled it for the 2.0 version cause thats the only one compatible with the electra. I even cleared the %appdata% and rebooted before installing the 2.0 version and it still only shows my deathadder. Solutions?

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. By the way, this is normal behavior. Our Razer headsets that use the 3.5mm jack stereo port does not use Razer Synapse. Feel free to send me a PM should you need further assistance.
