Before I get to the error, I want to tell you a back story. (english is not my main language, I'm sorry for mistakes) So on christmas I bought myself Razer Electra v2.
It all worked fine until April. This was because my cable was broken so I bought a new one. The new one was also fine until July, when the microphone stopped recording sound, I thought it is because the microphone broke or something so I bought yet another Razer Electra v2. But the microphone error is still there! So I was looking into the settings, downloaded Synapse, updated drivers, checked the microphone settings like 10 times and I can't get it to work! I spend 2 hours on fixing this and I feel tired. Im out of ideas. Can someone help me, I want to use Razer Electra but I just can't.
Also I want to point out that when I move/shake the microphone from left to right I can hear that the microphone records the sound of it being shaken :O
Please help me, this "headphone adventure" costed me a LOT of money
