How can you get access to the pro version of the program, having it without the possibility of configuration is not very comforting when paying for equipment to which we do not have full access.

Hello! Have you tried registering your headset? You should receive a code after the headset was registered. Just send me a PM if you still haven't received it after 14 days. Please do check your spam folder too as it might have ended up there.
Yes, I checked spam at the post office, unfortunately I do not have it there, it adds proof that the product has been registered.

Thanks for the photo. When did you register your Electra? It might sometimes take up to 14 days for the system to generate the code so I'd recommend checking on a later date.
Registered on the day of purchase 12/06/2019, where will I receive this key by email?
