Razer Electra V2 Usb Audio And Mic Sometimes Dont Work

    Hello,
    i have a problem with my Razer Electra V2 USB that i noticed today and i search it online and i saw that people had the same problem like me...
    The issue is that i play some games or do whatever for an hour or sometimes more and then randomly my sound\mic stops. The headset is still connected, it's logo is still lighted up and in My devices it says that this device is working properly. To fix it i unplug and replug the usb...
    I had this headset for almost a year now and i didnt had this issue before.
    Additionally, there was an update for razer snype 2 so maby it is connected...
    If you can help me i will be so happy !
    I tried:
    1. Uninstall Synapse and delete all files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer and C:\ProgramData\Razer directories. These folders are hidden by default, so please be sure to unhide them.
    2. Uninstall Razer drivers by going to "Device Manager" from Control Panel.
    3. Press Windows + X, and choose Command Prompt on the menu.
    4. Type regedit in the command prompt window and press enter.
    5. Please go to this path and check if you have it:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW643NODE\Razer\
    *Please delete everything that's in the Razer folder. Please reinstall Synapse after deleting all the files inside the Razer folder
    6. Download a fresh installer and reinstall then restart your PC.
    7. Add Synapse to your firewall exemptions and update your .NET Framework at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653
    And it didnt helped.
    Furthermore, this solution: help to fix it but why i need to lower my settings of audio? it is not hardware and it is not my fault that the firmware got messed up.

    Hi there guys! Are you still having the same issue? Does the same thing happen when you use it with another PC?

    yeah i have the same issue, and i try it with my old computer and still same thing.
    this thing help to sort it out but it not a fix. i hope you can talk to the devs team to find a better firmwork solution.
