Razer Electra V2 (USB) issue?

    I ordered a Razer Electra V2 (USB Version) from the RazerStore on February 4th, 2018 and they got to me on the 8th of February, the delivery wasn't the problem. I started using the headset and they worked flawlessly with Razer Synapse 2 and all, I setup Surround Sound with them and everything. But today, it stopped working, I currently have Windows 10 with the latest updates. I was in the middle of playing Warframe when the audio just cut off and I thought I unplugged them by accident, so I unplugged then plugged them in again, to no satisfactory I got desperate and closed Warframe. Shortly after closing the game, I opened up "Device Manager" and made sure that the drivers were up-to-date and they were. I fiddled with the Audio Settings and Set my headset to the "Default Device" and other devices to the "Default Device" as well, and that didn't work out. I opened up Razer Synapse and noticed that the Razer Electra V2 wasn't showing up on the list, and "not showing up" means the headset was not there, as if it was never plugged in and I couldn't edit anything on the headset obviously. I reinstalled Realtek Audio Drivers and still the problem persisted, after that, I reinstalled Razer Synapse, because I figured why not? That didn't work either. I noticed that the headset didn't have the Razer logo glowing on the side like it usually does, I don't understand why it would just stop working, I was using the headset just fine a few minutes ago. After a while of no satisfaction I decided to turn on my Mom's PC that she uses for work to make sure that the problem was my PC with a driver or something. After turning my Mom's PC on I plugged in the headset and Windows 10 did that "Setting up Device" or whatever, and after a few minutes I opened up YouTube and played the first video I saw on her computer and still the headset didn't output any audio.

    Does this mean I need to buy a new headset?

    Hello guys,

    I had the exact same issue.
    I bought my headset 3 weeks ago, I used it for 4 days and it got broken.
    It wasn't even working after plug-replugging him / trying on another computer.
    I had the error: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) and the lights on the logo were off.

    I ordered a replacement of my headset and now it's working fine.
    I don't know what happened, I hope my new headset won't have the same issue :frown_:

    At this point, I would strongly suggest getting in contact with Razer Customer Support for help.

    hey... im having the same problem and it happened to me just today in WARFRAME as well... it worries me because the headset cost me a lot and im really worried... please help if you can :heart:

    I also just got the Electra v2 USB and it stopped working after 1 and sometimes after 5 hours. Is there a fix driver you can send me? it is so bad ingame

    this is stupid... windows cant recognize the usb.. tested in all ports. also im hoping there is no support contacting me saying i should reboot.. iv built with computers sence computers was a thing.. yeah im not young.,..
