Razer electra V2 USB sound issue

Hey guys!

So I seem to be having some weird issue which is as follows: I start my pc, play some games or do whatever for an hour or sometimes more(it sometimes happens within some minutes, sometimes hours) and then super randomly my sound stops. My headset is the Electra V2 USB. The headset is still connected, it's logo is still lighted up and in My devices it says that this device is working properly. My sound just randomly stops and what I have to do to get it back is just unplug the headset from the computer and plug it back. I find it unpleasant, especially when I'm playing Arma and, my sound just stops and I get killed whilst unplugging and plugging the headset back.
I would appreciate ANY idea why it might be happening

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your Razer Electra's odd behavior. That's a momentum killer. By the way, when did the issue start? Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port or computer?

Havent tried a different computer. Ive tried different ports though.

Issue started when used the headset for the first time and it still does it.

Did you test the headset to a different PC? Please send me a PM together with your headset's serial number. I'll pick it up from there.
