Razer Electra V2 USB suddenly disconnected .

I bought a razer Electra v2 USB version 2 weeks ago. when I used it for the first time it was working fine . all of a sudden when I was playing games or listening to music it disconnects and I have to unplug the headset and reconnect it to work again. Anyone can help with this issue? Thank you

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Electra V2 USB's concern here. Does the issue happen while connecting the headset to a different USB port on your PC? Are you connecting the headset to a USB hub? Also, have you tested the headset to a different computer and see if the same behavior happens?
