Hi I didn´t get any code for razer surround 7.1 software with my Razer Electra v2 usb headset. What should I do?

Hello there! Thank you for your interest in our products and services. By the way, the 7.1 Surround Sound is only available to our newer headset models such as Razer Kraken X and Kraken 2019 Refresh.

The packaging for Electra V2 I just purchased at Best Buy reads, Virtual 7.1 surround sound via razer surround. This is a false advertising. Is there a class action suit going on that I can participate in?

Hi there! We have a Virtual 7.1 Surround sound for our previous headset models, which is, the Razer Surround Pro. However, the team can no longer generate a Surround Pro code as the promotion has already ended for the older devices. It's only available to the newer headset model which I mentioned above. Thanks for letting me know. If you haven't received an activation card in the package and have registered it in RazerID, please check your spam or junk email for the code. If there's none, send me the email address associated with your Razer Synapse account via PM so I can check its registration and verify the code.

I can't use the card activation code in the box to register or get the activation code email (Removed for security purpose). Can I give an address that can register the headset SN to get the activation code? I sell headphones. Many customers need the activation code

Please direct your customers to register their product using their Razer ID by clicking this link: https://www.razer.com/product-registration. If they haven't registered yet, please advise them to use the same link. Hey there. The Razer Kraken and Kraken X should receive an activation code once it is registered. Please also check if your headset have an activation card included in its packaging.
