Razer Electra v2 usb

Okay so today i turned my laptop on and binged a show on netlix but all of sudden the sound of my headset stopped working and the volume is stuck and won't let me do anything i have macros on my mouse with volume up and down but the thing is that it is not working it is constantly stuck on 100 but there is no sound and it shows as it is working when it isn't. I have tried with a different pair of headphones and they are working properly. I had them set as default input/output and still nothing. I've tried reinstalling it but that did not work either. I reinstalled Razer synapse 2.0 ( as suggested for razer v2 electra usb) but now when i try to re-register the product it says that the product number is invalid which is not true because when i first registered it worked well. I've literally tried everything i could have thought of and searched many ways to fix it on my own but here i am now asking for help because i really like these headphones and the surround system is great. If anyone have any idea what the problem could be i would highly appreciate it because the headset is only three months old and that is a bit dissapointing. Please come up with a solution so i can continue enjoying my games with a great sound. Thank you!
