Have you earned the "You're surround-ed" achievement for having a Razer headset, if so could you tell me how do I earn it, please. Also how do I become a Vanguard or CEO on here?
Hello, I just got mine too but I can't seem be able to use the 7.1 Surround software, it asks me for a key and the box had no key inside. Did you manage to install the app and get it to work?
I have the Electra V2 (USB edition), was playing normally today as usual ( bought about a month-two months ago ), and then the audio just stopped working suddenly, in the settings the slider shows that it's receiving sound but I can't hear it thru the headset, the razer logo on each ear is glowing and working as usual, the headset is getting detected too, it's just the sound disappeared suddenly, I tried plugging it in and out and in different ports but it's still the same issue, I need some help.

Hey the Electra V2 does not work with Synapse 3.0, you have to get the Synapse 2.0 for the V2 to be working.

To get the "You're surround-ed" under achievements you need to first register the products at,
https://razerid.razer.com/products
But do note, i did not get the "You're surround-ed" achievement points for registering my Electra V2 (3.5mm jack version). I got those points awarded only when i registered my Kraken Tournament Edition headphones.

"Vanguard" posts are only given by the Razer admins/employees after monitoring our activities.
For "CEO", Razer already has the ONE and ONLY Mr. Min-Liang Tan:smile_::cool_:
