Razer Gold Failed

  1. I attempted to reload my Razer Gold account. One Payment method failed twice immediately and said to use another. I used another method that appeared to go through initially. However, the website said the transaction was still pending. When I check the transaction history, all three are now pending.

    How long does this generally take to resolve? and will I now end up being charged three times?

  4. How long does it usually take for pending transactions on Razer gold to clear? Razer is unresponsive other than generic copy paste messages that are of no help

    Usually within 3-5 days based on my personal experience if it's pending due to bank checking/holding up the transactions.
    If your funds are still on hold one week after the transactions pending/failed, please contact your bank for assistance.
