So it's been over 2 days since I bought and reloaded Razer Gold from 7-Connect, I have yet to receive any feedbacks or help and It says its still processing, is that normal? even though I've already have the receipt. please help

Thank you very much for the reply. I've submitted a ticket to the razer gold team a few days ago. How can I contact them through live chat?, I cant seem to click the chat now option

It's a floating button on bottom right. Try to disable any ads-blocking software incase it might blocked it.
