Razer gold reload fail and money was deducted from my bank account, and i didn't get any razer gold

66.52 razer gold was deducted from my account buy i didn't get any of my in game credits, checked the trade history but the history siad that the trade details is still loading and can't be shown. Please help me i need this in game credit by today
