Razer Gold Stole Me


I made a purchase for BRL 25. The amount was deducted from my Razer wallet, but I didn't receive the product code or an email, with the purchase pin .... And when I try to view the transaction, an error occurs and does not show the details. I sent a ticket, but so far they haven't answered me.
