Razer Goliathus Chroma stopped working

    So I recently bought a new case and when I plugged in my Goliathus in my pc it suddenly didn't light up, I checked Synapse and it wasn't there. I looked in Device manager and couldn't see it, I took it out while looking at device manager to see if it was even detecting it and when I took it out, nothing changed. Which means it wasn't even detecting it. I went upstairs and plugged it in a laptop and the laptop didn't recognise it so I think there's something wrong with the USB of the Goliathus. Can someone maybe help me figure it out?

    Hi there, @Nubz4evva! Since you tried plugging it on another laptop, can you try to install Razer Synapse 3 on that device to isolate the issue?

    I can try tomorrow but as I said the device didn't show up in the device manager either. I'll send you an update tomorrow when I have checked on the laptop.

    I just installed Razer Synapse 3 on my laptop, plugged it in but got nothing, I took my mouse out of my laptop and plugged it in and it showed that it got recognised and made a sound, I then did the same with my mouse pad but I got nothing at all... I'm guessing a faulty USB on the Razer end. Luckily my warranty is still active, I've had this mousepad for maybe 3 months and I have never had problems with my 2+ year old Deathadder Chroma, my Cynosa Chroma Pro and my Kraken TE...

    Btw I'm not sure if it happened immediately after installing my new case or just after, so I can't tell you anything about that.
