Razer Goliathus Extended Chroma Not Sitting Flat

I've tried leaving books on it overnight, I also tried stretching it out.

I've seen forums of people saying to iron it, not sure if I trust doing that due to the LED lighting..

Any ideas, or should I send it back?

That should not be the case with your Razer Goliathus Extended Chroma. Is this fresh from the box? You may send it back to your reseller and have it replaced. Let us know if they are unable to do so.

I've had it for around 3 months, it was bought from Amazon, not sure what their policy is
