Razer Hammerhead True Wireless aptx with mic on Windows PC

Hello,
I've just bought the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless (gen 2) for PC gaming.
Sadly I've found out that there is no way of using the hight quality Stereo channel with the microphone. If the game or the program turns on the microphone the output audio of the earbuds just stops.
The only way to have both audio and mic is to set the hands-free channel in windows sounds settings witch provides a terrible and unacceptable audio quality.
I've read that even Bluetooth 5 doesn't provide support for simultaneously aptx codec and microphone, is it true?
Is there no way of using these earbuds for a good quality pc gaming on Windows?
