Razer Hammerhead True Wireless bluetooth issues (just one of them is connecting)


I've recently buyed those and the first time I paired them with my phone they worked perfectly. After I've downloaded the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app and connected my earbuds to get the new firmware, the problem started. I've updated the firmware and after this my earbuds simply refuse to connect to the app again, and when I try to connect them to a bluetooth device (have tried many), only one headphone is connecting (right or left). I've tried the recommendations on the product FAQ but it doesn't seem to work though. Does anyone have any idea of how to fix it??

The exact same problem. After updating the firmware, they disconnected from each other and in the bluetooth list are displayed as two separate devices. I did not find a solution to the problem.

today i received Razer Hammerhead True Wireless from razer after connecting ask for update after that connecting just left side is working !!!

i try all solution (https://support.razer.com/gaming-headsets-and-audio/razer-hammerhead-true-wireless/) not lucky

i contact support today , any help ?
Same thing is happening to me, in my case is the right side earbud, and seems to behave randomly, and the charged held by the earbud change from 10 to 100% and back to 10, I also contacted support......
