Razer Has Crossed The Limit of My Patience - 1 Month into RMA

Last month I had to return a Razer Blade 15 because it was a faulty unit. I got my RMA and sent it back to Razer for replacement. Razer said it usually takes around 14 days, so I waited patiently. 2 weeks in, when I heard nothing from Razer even after they had already received my product , I contacted them and they said they will look into it.

Third week and still no news even though they said the issue would be taken care of within 2 days. I contacted Razer several times after that and each time they told me 2 days and each time with no results. I was loosing my patience and finally one of their customer service staff told me that because my product was sitting in the warehouse too long without being logged in to their system, the RMA expired. And now they are deciding whether to create a new one or not. Again they asked me for 2 days.

It's been a week since then and a whole month has gone by without my product being registered into their system. I am soo fucking tired of their lies and bullshit.


Can someone please tell me what the legal limit is for processing an RMA? I am sure it can't be forever. I am seriously considering suing Razer since their customer service won't stop lying and I don't know who else to turn to.

I reached out to Razer one last time today and they told me they will give me an update by today. I swear this is the last time I am believing Razer. If I don't get an update by today I am done. Please answer my question on what is the legal limit for processing RMA. I was too naive to continuously listen to their lies so I need to be thinking about taking action.

Also, I get a product I paid more than 2.5k that is faulty and Razer takes this long to send a replacement? Are you out of your mind? In what world is this fair??It's you fault to begin with but I can understand that techonologies can have faults. I gave them a fair amount of time, but 1 month is absolutely pushing it!
