I recently purchased the Huntsman Elite and had no issues at first when setting it up. But once I played a few hours of Fallout New Vegas, I ran into something weird. Every maybe 10 minutes or so, the keyboard would become completely unresponsive and the lights froze. On top of this, for some reason, my entire computer screen froze as well. Initially, I thought it was the fault of New Vegas since its a relatively unstable game especially with a ton of mods, but it's happened in other games, too. I've used different keyboards to see if it's something wrong with my computer, but everything is in working order without the Huntsman plugged in. I have no idea how to fix this besides maybe returning it and seeing if a new one will actually work. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I really like the keyboard itself and would like to be able to reliably use it.

This is totally unusual. Please test the Huntsman Elite on a different PC to check if it would exhibit the same issue. Update me how it goes.

Try in a different USB port. I think it sucks too much power for either the native intel or third-party USB ports to handle.

Have exactly the same problem, I'm using the standard wave effect lighting, every 10 or 20 minutes the lights stop waving but are still lit, the mouse continues to work proving the laptop is OK, but the keyboard freezes for between 2 to 10 seconds, tried removing and cleaning the wrist rest contact area but with no joy.

After various updates to the Synapse software it was fixed for a while but came back worse than ever after the last update.
