Razer Huntsman elite support (AU) can't fix the macro issue.

I have the Razer Huntsman elite keyboard and I have setup two profiles for CS GO and marco's to buy all the weapons and I am always having the macro to buy a gun on the (W) key and some times the (2) key just stop working and to get the macro to function again I have to keep closing Razer Synapse to get the macro's to work again. The (W) key is the main one that is constantly the problem, the (2) is rare when it stops. I have contacted Razer Support (AU) Online Chat about 4 times so far and they can't fix this issue with the marco's stop working.I'm at the point where is this is Razer Synapse (Beta) problem or is it a warranty job where I have to take it back to the retailer, where I bought it from and get a exchange for a new Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard. I'm asking the Razer Community if this is happening to them and if there is a solution to this annoying problem. I have about 30 Macro's on the profile and it takes up 30% of stored macro's. I hope someone here knows what I'm talking about.
