Razer Huntsman TE "W" key problem

The key "W" on my Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition only tracks one click and as I use the key "W" for gaming to move forward, I only can press it once and it goes only one unit. It doesn't detect that I held down the key but instead, it only tracks or send the signal as one key press. I bought the product in (*Removed for security purpose). Since I live in Jakarta, I brought the keyboard back into Indonesia and tried it out for gaming, but after testing it out, the W key only tracks as one key stroke, instead of a hold to move forward. I have a major issue as I have used (*Removed for security purpose) on this keyboard and I have bought it from overseas. Since I have just bought this keyboard I still have a 2 year warranty. Is there anything I can do about it so I can do my gaming while my holiday lasts? I already tried restarting my PC and tried using my laptop's keyboard and it works normally but when I use Razer's Keyboard, the W key detects as just one key stroke instead of me holding the key down. I hope someone can help me fix this problem. This is the video link on google drive:

What do I do?

Hey there! Apologies for the late engagement. Was everything covered? By the way, have you tried logging in as a guest user or using a dummy Razer Synapse account? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. I'll pick it up from there.
