hello, i already did a case about my problem with logs and etc. i bought the new keyboard and i face the same problems( not all, but need to time to check it because i using this one like 1-2 hrs).
1) not working game mode after auto changing profiles( i able to press windows key, but game mode light on keyboard is on)
2) the automatic profile change worked very strangely. It took the keyboard about 30 seconds to start working normally after changing the profile. During these 30 seconds, the keys worked with a delay of about 1-2 seconds, did not work. After 30 seconds, the keyboard started working fine, but this happened every time I switched profiles.
I fixed this problem by using the keyboard's internal memory.
also i recognizes that auto switching profiles sometimes didn't worked and this's 100% synapse issues because reboot pc mostly time help me.
i don't belive i'm so unlucky and i got 3 broken keyboards in the row with the same issues. If it possible just test it on your razer huntsman v2 analog. i think this's software problem with the synapse or firmware.

I will try to clarify. if you press fn + f10, the windows key is disabled as it should. But if you switch the profile and switch to the old profile on which the game mode was activated, then the windows key will work, although the indication on the keyboard will show that the game mode is working and it will also be indicated that the game mode is working in synapse (if you put a checkmark opposite the blocking alt + tab / alt + f4, they will be blocked as expected and even after changing profiles, but the lock of the windows button disappears after changing the profile). Also, if during this bug you click on the checkbox with alt + tab / alt + f4, then the game mode starts working as it should on the current profile, but after switching profiles, the windows key stops blocking in game mode.
