Razer Hyperflux making weird high pitch buzzing noise.

Hello,
I have the Razer Hyperflux bundle. I sometimes hear a subtule but noticeable high pitch buzzing noise coming from the area where the cable connects to the mouse pad. I think that the mouse itself sometimes produces a high pitch sound. What could it be? Any ideas? Should I ask for a replacement?

Thanks for the video. Please PM me the serial number of your Hyperflux Firefly and Mamba Bundle. Let's continue there.
Hello DoMei,
did you manage to fix the issue or got a replacement? Because I‘m facing the same problem and couldn‘t come up with a solution to this.
Thanks!

I couldn’t fix it so I sent it back and now I’m waiting for my replacement. I hope I won’t have the same issue.
hi, i have the same issue even after a replacement. the buzzing sound mutes when i lift the mat (only a little bit is enough) from my wooden desk. is there any solution? (sorry for my bad english, i'm from austria)

Hi, i got a replacment but it still buzzed. I can’t find any solution to this. What do you have under the wood of the desk, because I have a metal bar under the wood to support it. Razer says that it should not be placed on metal and so maybe the metal under the wood causes the buzzing (although I doubt it). And if I may, what’s your age? because I’m 16 and some younger people hear higher pitched sounds.

I'm 40 and yes i have also a metal bar under the wooden tabletop... maybe thats really the troublemaker. so the only solution is to send back the mouse-pad-bundle or to buy a new table???? it's a shame because i really like this setup...

I think i found the solution. The metal is creating some kind of interference with the wireless charging. I put a antistatic bag from a graphics card and the buzzing stopped. You can put the bag between the metal bar and the wood if you dont have screws in the bar, or you can put it under the mouse pad. It doesnt have to be a bag it can be any antistatic material between the metal and the mouse pad.

thx for the info. i tried one of those antistatic bags but that didn't worked for me :.( maybe theres a better material to block the metal...
