Razer Insider Milestones

I have a few questions about some of the milestones whice earn you silver coins because i dont understand how some of them work.

1. Post Milestones: I dont even know how to post something, and i dont think this is considered a post.
2. Follow VIPs: How do i know if someone is a ceo/vanguard. Is there any specific logo that shows just that?
3. Offline Event: I get the last two but what about Razer afk. Is it some kind of event?
4. Experience Tweaker: I have turned on dark mode but it doesnt confirm that i completed it.
5. Razer Chroma: And last the hoist your colors i dont even know how im supposed to do that. Any idea how im suppossed to do that.

That's all my questions if someone could please answer me i would be gratefull.
