It’s brand new. It works. It says firmware update is required. I download the software, select the headset, plug in the wireless dongle, plug the headset directly into the PC via USB. The update button never becomes enabled to be clickable. I’ve tried multiple cables to make sure it wasn’t the cable. The one in the box charges the headset just fine and should work. Any ideas? It keeps harassing me to update firmware but I can’t! Any ideas or do I need to do some formal support?
The title kind of says it all, but for the sake of clarity:My Kishi V1 has worked flawlessly for the longest time, until recently. When I plug it in, it acts as though the left stick is held pointing down - if I happen to be in an app with a menu, it scrolls to the bottom and sticks there. Nothing I do stops this, and it persists even after I unplug the device until I turn my screen off and on again. I’ve connected a regular controller both via bluetooth and USB-C since then and neither experience the same issue, so I’m relatively confident that the Kishi is the problem. If it matters, I’m using a Pixel 6 Pro with Android 14, but I don’t think there was an update in the time between it working and it not working, so I would doubt that has anything to do with it.

Hi I purchased a Razer Iskur XL on June 2023 and I have a 3 year manufacturer warranty on it, for the past few months it has been lowering by itself, I believe there is a problem with some part of it, I wanted to know what help I can get, I do not have the box it came in so I can’t ship it back, if I could get a replacement that would be fine, please let me know because it hasn’t even been a year and it is already having a very inconvenient issue, Thank you in advance.

HI all,I hope someone can help, I activated THX and Spatial a long time ago, reinstalled Synapse and THX and now it asks me for the code? Why is this please I thought you kept it once you activate it or is there a problem with my account as it’s a different computer?
I logged in using facebook and the gmail that it was registered was an old gmail account that i forgot the password and the mobile number to retrieve it with, since i cant open the gmail I cant activate my 2 step verification I already top up razer gold coins and i just dont want to lose my money it would be possible to change the gmail in this account so that i can finally receive the security code needed to activate my 2 step verification this is my razer gold id (Remove for security purposes )

I noticed issues with Chroma Studio v4 when trying to import chroma effects exported from v3. It can import a complete list, meaning, it only shows 1 effect. We can export 1 chroma effect setup or select a complete list. But this doesnt work when imported v3 into v4. I really hope this gets fixed, because making everything from scratch again is almost impossible. We cant switch quickly between the apps to check settings. Writing everything down is just insane. Hello, I have purchased a Razer Blade 18 in 2023. The one with the RTX 4080.Unfortunately in February/March this year, it croaked. The cooling system wasn’t working anymore, only ice cold air was coming out, system was throttling and obviously performance went down as a result, way way down.I reached out to support and initially was told they will create an RMA for free warranty.Later I was contacted that since the purchase was made in the US, the product was out of warranty and that I had to pay for the delivery/diagnostic and repair.I said fine, I need it to work. A USD 3k plus machine needs to be used.I sent it in service, arrived on the 16th of April, got notified that it was received and that I will shortly receive a diagnostic and cost for repairs.On the 22nd of April I wrote asking for update: no reply.On the 24th of April I wrote again, asking for an update: no reply. Today I received finally a reply and a quote: € 1,820.66 for the repair and € 345.93 TAX… € 2,166.59 in total.I
How about you fix existing devices and macros before you support more. Don't want you having too much of a work load at one time right.What does it take to get bugs fixed from Razer, I have submitted on reddit, on the synapse app, on this forum, do you have a carrier pigeon I can tie a note to, a mailing address, email, telegram, morse code, what way works best for you lot? I know it's an open beta. But synapse 3 isn't and that also does not let me use some supported devices. Fix your shit
