I'm having intermittent crackling audio and disconnects with my Razer Kaira on both Xbox Series X and the Xbox Wireless Adapter for PC (OEM Microsoft). I've tried connecting with Synapse with Razer Support before and the firmware is up to date and I've tried removing and reinstalling the drivers for the adapter, but the issue persists.

Did you get the chance to try it on a different PC to check if it behaves the same? Fix the issue by following this guide. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your headset. I can use that to verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
