This is a new headset, when I've been gaming for a while I hear a popping sound - as if the headset is being overloaded with information. I have updated the headset to it's latest firmware and I have reset the headset and console multiple times.
When connecting via Bluetooth to my phone / laptop, there's a noticeable delay when watching video.
I reached out to Razer support and I'm not happy with the reply. I'm not simply going to exchange it without troubleshooting as I've seen posts of a similar nature.
