I purchased my Kishi (new) right after it released, and it was perfect.
Fast forward to today (I hadn't used it in a while). I saw something online about a Kishi app in the play store that is needed for updates. So, I installed it.
Now, my Kishi doesn't work while playing games but only works on my s10+ dashboard menus. D-pad is dead. Thumb sticks are both dead. Home, Bumpers, Back buttons and triggers are all useless -unless I just feel like scrolling around my phones dashboard with it.
I tried updating again to no avail. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any tips on how to factory reset the Kishi (in order to remove the update and hopefully get it working again.
I hope someone can help me because right now, its a $99 paperweight.

My Kishi stopped working in games, but I can navigate in Game Pass menu. And once in a game, I can use only the home button. Maybe the issue is with the accessibility features on my phone. I've also checked if the Kishi got the latest firmware updates, and it's ok.
