Razer Kitty Headphones disconnecting and reconnecting

    My razer kitty headphones are constantly disconnecting then reconnecting after a few seconds making a loud popping noise, its very irritating and is getting in the way of games and work. I use them connected directly to a mac and bought them sometime around September of last year but have only been using them since November. Is there anyway to fix this or can I send them in to get them fixed anywhere? Thanks.

    Are you connected directly to your computer's USB ports, or it's connected to a USB hub? Also, is it possible for you to connect the device to a different computer and check if it behaves the same? Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM. That way, I can take a closer look at the disconnecting issue. Let's take it from there.
