Hello,
So, I just got my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition headset, and after being hyped about the mic quality. I went to check it in games. Well, I opened csgo, and in the lobby all audio was present. Then, I joined a game, and poof the audio was gone. The headset disappeared from synapse and only came back after shutting down the game. The same issue happened in other games too.
I have tried countless methods and fixes but nothing has worked, so if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, then please let me know.

Me to! And make my keyboard and screen glitch out for a second as well. I have only had it for five months and never once mishandled it. Did this ever get solved?
Same it recently started happening to me and only had this for less than a year and my friend also has a pair too and it's giving him the same issue. I tried everything to reinstalling windows . Synapse and disabling third party software tooo
