Razer Kiyo doesn't work properly

Hi, Razer support. All-time with the camera (Razer Kiyo) everything was well until the firmware update. Today I updated the firmware from your website: https://support.razer.com/gaming-headsets-and-audio/razer-kiyo/ to version 1.01.023.
and after update I couldn’t select the H.264 video codec but could do it earlier. And now the computer doesn't see the camera at all. At the Synapse, I’m clicking on the Preview and nothing is happening. Before the firmware update, everything was fine. I tried on another computer and faced with the same situation. How can I return the old firmware?

I was advised to install Windows updates and also update GPU drivers. I did everything but the problem remained.

I found out the reason. The problem was in Windows. The camera works but when I select the H.264 codec my picture doesn't show. Nothing happens on the camera. The picture does not change.

Hi there! Thanks for sharing this. Are you still having difficulties with your Razer Kiyo? Have you tried clean reinstalling Razer Synapse? How about uninstalling the recent Windows update? Y can perform a system restore and use the nearest restore point before the last update. Feel free to update me anytime.

Bonjour! Merci de partager cela. Avez-vous toujours des difficultés avec votre Razer Kiyo? Avez-vous essayé de réinstaller proprement Razer Synapse? Pourquoi ne pas désinstaller la récente mise à jour Windows? Y peut effectuer une restauration du système et utiliser le point de restauration le plus proche avant la dernière mise à jour. N'hésitez pas à me mettre à jour à tout moment.
