Razer Kiyo not saving settings

Every time I turn off my Kiyo, I have to disable Low Light Compensation. I have scoured the internet for a solution and it seems like this issue has persisted since last year and I would have thought that it would have been fixed in a firmware update or a Synapse update (and I do have the latest Synapse update and the latest firmware update for the Kiyo). Is there any workaround to permanently disable the Low Light Compensation option on the Kiyo without it resetting when it turns off?

I've been searching for a solution for 6 months or so without luck. It is 100% a firmware issue preventing the camera from saving profile changes and loading the correct profile upon initialization, but it seems that Razer just flat out doesn't care about this issue despite it making the camera literally unusable without modifying the settings every single time it initializes. You might think, "Don't be lazy, just change the settings every time!", but keep in mind that if you ever perform a transition or change programs or join a new video call--anything that would cause the camera to turn off and then back on again, you have to change the settings. In addition to being annoying and requiring you to keep the advanced settings on screen at all times, it also greatly reduces the professionalism of calls/streams/recordings as there will always be a moment where the video looks terrible, until you can uncheck the low light option and apply the settings. I might add that the terrible quality occurs even with studio lighting conditions. Other than destroying the video quality the setting doesn't actually seem to do anything.

Just ridiculous considering the price of the camera.

I'm sure Razer will respond asking you/me to PM them and go through a friendly but ultimately unhelpful conversation with support, which I should point out I have done already and they neglected to email me the follow up needed to process a return. I also never received an email response about this, nor an email response from another concern I raised with the Razer Naga during the same conversation. Incredibly disappointed as I've really been a Razer fan-boy for years. I am again searching for a solution and came across the post and figured I'd let you know that this issue will likely never be fixed. If you are still within a returns window where you can get all of your money back from the store you purchased it from, I'd highly recommend doing that and investing in a quality camera.

I have the same issue with my Kiyo, every time the Kiyo deactivates it resets the settings I just want low light compensation to be kept off. I sent in a feedback request, any chance you can help.
