Razer Kiyo not working

So I haven't used my Razer Kiyo in a few months as I've stopped streaming and have been studying instead but when I went to join a video conference it didn't recognise it. I went through the conference without the cam and then did some troubleshooting afterwards. Since then I've uninstalled my Razer Synapse and deleted it from my D Drive to ensure a clean reinstall, updated the firmware to the most recent version as of 14/02/2022. Tried using different USB slots both USB 2.0 and 3.0, changed the drivers from the Razer Kiyo driver to USB Video device and restarted my computer and back again.

When I'm in Razer Synapse I click on the Kiyo and it loads for about 5 seconds before the Kiyo disappears from the screen then reappears after about 10 seconds, clicking on the streaming tab up the top also does the same thing. When I try and use the camera on an application like discord or zoom it lags the conversation so I can't hear anyone for 5 seconds then appears with a black screen as if it doesn't pick it up. Using it in Camera or another app even after freshly restarting says that the camera is already in use.
