Razer Kiyo Pro firmware update

    I am trying to download a firmware update for my Kiyo Pro but it is telling me to contact support but when I try to select a reason it wont let me. What a let down this is seeing I spent 200$ on the cam and there customer service isnt good.

    I am having the same issue and thoughts on my end... I figured it was just gonna be a download like any other firmware/software updates. :/ Hopefully it doesn't take as long as the focusing... ._.

    Hi everyone! I'll share what I've posted from this thread and let me know if it helps:
    1. Close the firmware updater application.
    2. Unplug and re-plug the camera.
    3. Ensure Synapse 3 is NOT running.
    4. Ensure the camera is not in use by any application before starting and during the update process.
    5. Run the firmware updater again.

    Hey there Speedcr0ss! Could you please confirm which version is the most current/latest firmware update? I can't find anything concrete, but Synapse insists there's an update I'm missing.

    After updating to 1.0.3r2, kiiyo pro does not work properly. Please tell me how to fix it.

    Unable to update new firmware since the link the in synapse takes me to an empty page.

The link that our devs given has a limited time as the team wants to avoid other users from installing this update for a different model/device and could lead to an incompatibility issue. Thus, that firmware link is intended to resolve a particular behavior only. Please submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM so I can assist you in generating one.
