Razer Kiyo Pro firmware update

I am having the same issue and thoughts on my end... I figured it was just gonna be a download like any other firmware/software updates. Hopefully it doesn't take as long as the focusing... ._.

I am trying to download a firmware update for my Kiyo Pro but it is telling me to contact support but when I try to select a reason it wont let me. What a let down this is seeing I spent 200$ on the cam and there customer service isnt good.

Hi everyone! I'll share what I've posted from this thread and let me know if it helps:

• Close the firmware updater application.
  
• Unplug and re-plug the camera.
  
• Ensure Synapse 3 is NOT running.
  
• Ensure the camera is not in use by any application before starting and during the update process.
  
• Run the firmware updater again.

Hey there Speedcr0ss! Could you please confirm which version is the most current/latest firmware update? I can't find anything concrete, but Synapse insists there's an update I'm missing.

It's on version 1.0.3. I've sent you a PM.

Unable to update new firmware since the link the in synapse takes me to an empty page.
