Razer Kiyo Pro not working. Help?

I've had my Razer Kiyo Pro for a little over 2 months now and I think this camera is great, it's been an amazing investment and it hasn't given me any problems until recently.

I went to start up a my stream and my camera randomly stopped working. I continued to do the stream without it and tried to figure out why the camera wasn't working afterwards. I tried using the camera app on my computer (trying another source), it didn't work, I tried to delete reinstall OBS, it didn't work. I checked for driver updates, there were none. I even tried plugging it into a different USB port.

I went to the Razer app and noticed there was a software update for 1.05, I figured the reason the camera wasn't working was because the camera needed an update. After multiple computer restarts and multiple tries of installing the update my computer finally recognized that the camera was plugged in, but then it told me to plug and unplug my device, when I did the computer yet again didn't recognize the camera. I restarted my computer and went back to the Razer app and noticed it didn't tell me I had any updates so I assumed that the update went through and that the camera would start working. Nope!

I did some research online and found that multiple people were having problems with this camera but couldn't find any solutions. I've reinstalled the Razer app, tried to uninstall the camera software separately and together before restarting.

Now I'm able to get the camera to work with a series of uninstalling/reinstalling/restarting for about 5 seconds before the camera feed freezes and then shuts to black, making me repeat the entire process over again to get an inconsistent camera feed.

I really don't want to get rid of this camera, I also don't want to have wasted $200. If there isn't a solution for the device or at least a refund I don't think I would be willing to purchase anymore Razer products.

Does the device still get detected on your Device Manager? Please PM me the serial number of your device. I can use that to check if there's any suitable firmware for your device. I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me a screenshot of your MSinfo32 so I can take a closer look at your system.
