I've been searching forums trying to see if anyone has asked this question but I can't find anything. I've been using a decent headset for a while and the Razer Surround Pro software to get that virtual surround sound. I recently bought the Razer Kraken Chroma a couple days ago and it arrived today. First of all, the headset is a beauty. Anyways, when I connected it and went to the Synapse 2.0 it asked me to calibrate and I did. So my question is that since I am calibrating it through my Kraken Chroma option does that mean I don't need to use my Surround Pro software anymore?

You do not need to use Surround for your Kraken Chroma. A similar set of surround technology is built directly into the headphone's drivers! You can still keep Surround Pro for any stereo speakers or headphones that you might use on your computer, and Surround Pro will even stay activated on your account if you choose to uninstall it.
