Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma Disconnecting issue


Hello,
So while I was on discord. my headphones started making weird sounds like *pop* and then kept on disconnecting and reconnecting. I literally tried everything I could think of, considering checking for driver updates, changing ports, reinstalling Razer Synapse, restarting, deleting surround.. Also checked on the internet for advice but didn't fix the problem.
I would appreciate a lot if you could help me!

Hello, I have the same problem with my Razer Kraken Pro 7.1. I have tried contacting Razer but they seem to be always unavailable, Have you gotten any help on this?

Well I finally heard back from support, I purchased my headset on June 6, 3018 and started troubleshooting this in March, 2020. After 2 months I opened a ticket to get a replacement on June 1, 2020. You would think that being a few days before the 2 year purchase date I would be covered by the warranty but they out of the blue back dated the warranty 4 days so I was OUT of warranty. I had nothing but praise for them but after this backstabbing event I am actively telling everyone how rotten and bad they are and I am deleting every nice thing I ever said about these crooks. I'll never buy anything from them ever again and will actively do all I can to convince others never to buy from them either.
