    Hey everyone,

I just tried my Kraken 7.1 Chroma on my MacBook Pro, with OSX 10.11.4, and the virtual surround just doesn't work.

Razer Synapse is updated to the latest version, and when I run the Calibration tool I only hear a sound from the top right and the top left corners, nothing else. Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this? It works perfectly when plugged in to a PC with Windows 10.

    Thank you!

I have the same exact problem, except I have 10.11.5.
Just placed a support ticket with Razer, if/when I get some news and manage to get it working, I'll let you know for sure.

Hi @Harime, just like AlexPilon you can also submit a support ticket to Razer Support they can assist you directly as well. Cheers!

The issue is with 10.11.X. I tried my headset on Windows: works fine.
Tried it on 10.10.3, works fine.
10.11.4 and 10.11.5 doesn't work, and it's a software issue not hardware issue.
Razer just doesn't keep up with the latest updates of OSx...joy -_-

The surround is a .exe and only works on PCs but it might work if you use a app for turning .exes into .zips
