Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma

  1. Hi,

    I have bought the above headset used, and when I connect to my PC, Windows 10 1903, HP Z400 I get no audio. The headset is detected by windows, and Synapses. If i restart my PC, then plug in the headset, sound will play for 5 secs and then stop and the program that was running also freezes. Also no mic operation. I have tried the headset on another computer and they do work fine, just not on my PC. I have unstalled/reinstalled device, uninstalled and reinstalled Synapses, I don't know what else to do. Anyone else had this problem or any advise.

    Thanks for the reply. Please PM me the serial number as well as your computer's audio settings when the Kraken 7.1 Chroma is plugged in. Let's continue there.
