Razer kraken 7.1 (classic Blue) re-activation code

Greetings.
Intro: I've had a kraken 7.1 classic blue since 6th May 2015. I used surround sound code as it came with the software to activate it the first time. I have registered the product as well as several others.

Story: However, Moving to a new computer after all these years, I am unable to activate the surround sound again as it came with the software "as a gift code" via email when I purchased the Headset (which doesn't work now obviously). It now also doesn't work for the current computer it was working on either and it's just locked me out, saying it's not a registered product and not enabled for my account (even though I've been using it since 2015), and having to install a ridiculous amount of software just to get things running(terribly) with muffled sound and glitchy execution. It's not what it was with the software prior, sometimes they don't even run or crash immediately after launch) (software being: razer synapse old for legacy devices and new, central, engineapp, chroma studio, chroma connect, as well as a special standalone razer surround app for the same headset) which askes me for a code as stated above.

Question: How do I get a new code or re-activate the same headset again?
(I don't have the box as this was a long time ago, but I have the rest in terms of proof of purchase in email as well as order numbers and serial number.)

Please assist. As I cannot get in touch with Razer support even by email because "my limited warranty expired and I'm not eligible for free support anymore". (which is disappointing considering I've spent over $500 on various peripherals (all registered), and yet I am asked to pay for razercare just to get support or answer a question or get help on the same products).

If you have registered the device, sign in to the Razer Surround Sound Pro app using the same Razer ID/email address. It will automatically load the code that in your account. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
