Razer Kraken 7.1 Sound calibration, Silent.

So I recently bought the Kraken 7.1, Loving them so far. Problem is though when i try to calibrate them I hear nothing. I also hear no difference when i change the settings in synapse. And no difference when i move the sliders around in the EQ, Or enable bass boost.

I switched USB ports, didn't help anything. I downloaded Razer Surround, but that just messed up everything to the point that my pc would only play the windows sounds, and nothing else.

So what should I do so I can calibrate it, And change the settings in synapse?
