bought this headset yeatersay from offline store. Near the tip of the usb the braiding has some thin stitching/strands coming out. Is this a defect? Also i was thinking to just use lighter and put a little fire there for a split second. Fire makes those small loose stitches tighten up. But will that be safe? Would d fire melt or harm anything inside the usb? cant replace it as i bought from offline store..

First of all if you have warranty send them if you dont have use electrical tape it's safe and should be fine.

It'll be good, the wires are well protected.

If it still sounds good, then it's good. Don't worry!:smile_:

If mouse work fire you use dont change in future if cable was demage from it mouse stop working at begining. But for future i dont recommend to do things like this becose you must be awere sometime protective cover also contain wires covered with a grip then grip can easy melt and demage even more wire.
