Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 Issues

About 2 weeks after buying I had an issue where i'd hear loud static noise in both ears. Thought this was a laptop issue and soon it stopped so I ignored it. Fast forward to now, a year and a half after purchasing and I have constant issues. The loud static, the microphone and audio cutting randomly for a few seconds, and my mic completely stops working. I've reached out to amazon and razer, Its nothing but a back and forth issue. Razer told me I had my warranty since it has not been 2 years yet, but I enter my S/N and i get an error saying i'm out of warranty? Was I lied to by customer support? Am I unable to be helped with my item now? Its been days since this started and I am not getting a reply anywhere, can't even use live chat because every time I try it is down. Attached is some of the crap I have to deal with because neither side will help. 2 different customer support agents from Amazon (the place I bought the headphones on) (also a verified reseller of razer products) and, the initial response from razer live support chat stating I should be covered because it hasn't been 2 years. Then followed by me entering my SN on razer site and being told I have no more warranty.

Headsets purchased prior to October, 1st, 2018 have a one year warranty, however if your headset was purchased after that date, then it should have a two year warranty. So going from your purchase date, it should still be under warranty.

Some Razer services, including support, has been having longer wait times due to circumstances caused by COVID-19. They should be able to RMA the headset however.
