Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 problems

    So the audio cuts out, i hear a pop, and after a few seconds the audio goes back to normal. This happens randomly but frequently and cant even watch a video without it happening.

    My mic light is working but the 2 lights on the sides of the headset are not working and have never worked. And it doesnt show up as a compatible device in synapse 3.

    Test and see if it happens when you pull on the cable near the point where it goes into the headset, there is a chance that it may be getting loose and loosing connection, used to happen on my old krakens, although all the lights turned off on those when it happened rather then the microphone light staying on.

    As for Synapse 3, the headset does not work with Synapse 3 at the moment so you need to use Synapse 2, so you can install that here, and then see if you can turn the lighting on.

    Send them for warranty. Description you give maybe a voltage, pcb issue i;m not sure for 100% but this is headset issue for sure. For synapse only headset that use synapse 3 right now is Nari lineup other use synapse 2.

    oh and with downloads synapse 2 my lights are working now ty

    @grinchso I'm a bit late to the party but I hope I can help you out. When the audio cuts out, does the headset get disconnected from the PC as well? Please check that out for us to get a better grasp of your situation. Send me a PM with the serial of your Kraken 7.1 V2 so I can run a partial warranty check and look into possible firmware fixes.

    Yes when the audio cuts out theres a little red x on the volume icon on the right of the task bar. Im at school rn so i will tell you the serial number as soon as i get home
