Razer kraken 7.1 v2 wire is messed up

There are no kinks twist rips or tears in the wire but if the wire moves while I’m wearing the headset seems to turn off or in some cases the mic cuts and only the Audio works. On top of that when I mute my mic then unmute it my mic doesn’t work so I have to un plug and re plug till it works again.Im not sure what to do I can’t find any videos on wire replacement and I don’t have a warranty I do have the original box though if that counts for anything.But the problem is definitely coming from the wire despite nothing being visually wrong with it.
