Ciao, I bought the razer kraken 7.1 on amazon and when i put in the activation code in the software it told me it's wrong. Someone can halp me?
ciao, ho comprato le cuffie razer kraken 7.1 su amazon e quando ho inserito il codice di attivazione nel software me lo da errato. qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema e mi sa aiutare?

In the last few weeks, I tried helping many insiders issue with 7.1 Activation code and installing the 7.1 Surround sound software and it never worked out
I have found the following thread

I hope it helps, cause other wise you may need to contact the RAZER support
If 7.1 Surround Sound is not an option, you may look into THX Surround Sound

I've just registered my product, where do I receive the 7.1 activation code

If my memory is correct, the activation code is a 16 - 20 character code that comes with the purchase.
