Razer Kraken Chroma 7.1 randomly disconnects

Userlevel 2
so as i have seen many threads right now about this issue i made this one too so we can get razer's attention
my headset randomly disconnects and reconnects again a few times in a day and its annoying me a lot this started since like a month back
i have tried every solution you can think of such as updating win10 update bios updating synapse reinstalling synapse(clean reinstall) and checked the cable thoroughly etc..
at this point im sure its a problem with razer and amd cpu since iv'e noticed most people with the same issue have an amd cpu ( i have ryzen 7 3700x and b450 mainboard)
this has to be related to some sort of update either from windows or synapse since my headset was working just fine with this setup
i also have a razer deathadder mouse which work prefectly only headset disconnects randomly
please look into this there are a lot of people with this issue right now

Have you tried disabling or closing the Razer Synapse 3.0? Please replicate the issue by connecting the headset to a different computer and check if the issue persists. Also, try isolating the behavior by following the steps from this link.

I have done everything you've suggested and still have issues and I believe so has dezi1476 as they have said in different threads. Any other ideas? I have also brought my computer in to get looked at they said there is nothing wrong and that everything is in good condition...they mentioned it would most likely be a software issue.
Also from other threads it looks like it has something to do with the RGB syncing system?
